In trade, this includes negotiations of trade agreements like the EPA with the EU; various WTO country accessions; compliance with the WTO/ASCM; notification and accession to WTO TFA. In investment it includes organization of conferences and business forums; undertaking studies to improve a country’s investment climate; and delivery of advice through high level dialogues; focus groups; and speaking engagements. Capacity building is done for both public and private sector entities.

Dr. Claudius Preville is an economist, trade and investment negotiator, and trade and investment policy advisor with more than 20 years of professional experience acquired through a wide range of consultancies in these subject areas as Team Leader and Project manager throughout the ACP countries. He has served as a senior advisor to governments and the private sector in several countries.
